• Grey jacket with blue trim (available through PMG only).

• Plain white shirt, short or long sleeved (not polo short).

• Plain black v-neck knitted jumper.

• Academy clip on tie (available through PMG only).

• Black A-Line skirt with AVA logo on the left hand side (available through PMG only). Differing skirt lengths can be purchased and skirts must be knee length

• Black tailored trousers (with waistband, not denim, tracksuits, jeggings, leggings, cord or lycra) which should be of regular fit. Trousers should NOT resemble leggings or jeans

• Black or natural tights.

• Black coloured socks.

• Shoes should be black leather or leather look formal/sensible shoes. Leather look trainers / fashion shoes, training shoes or boots will not be permitted.

Optional items available through supplier:

• Hijab – plain black only.

Important Notices

• Please be aware that trousers and shoes may not be appropriate school uniform for Alde Valley despite them being bought in the schoolwear section of a shop.

• Piercings should be one stud in each ear lobe (no facial piercings).

• Only one simple ring per hand should be worn.

• Make-up should be discreet and nail varnish should be of a natural colour.

• If items are considered unsafe or unsuitable they may be removed and collected from the school office at the end of the day.

• The Academy reserves the right to decide if uniform is appropriate and , if the need arises parents will be contacted.
